In accordance with the mission, vision, and core values of Bartın Vocational School:
- With a student-centered approach to education, we aim to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of our students and graduates, thereby increasing their vocational achievements.
- Our vocational school actively participates in maintaining, improving, and developing the quality assurance processes of our students through academic and administrative human resources.
- By embracing a participatory management approach, we aim to increase institutional belongingness and stakeholder satisfaction, thereby embedding quality into the organizational culture.

Bartın University adopts the mission of educating qualified individuals with a student-centered approach and contributing to scientific, social, and cultural life at national and international levels with a sense of social responsibility. In this direction, our university aims to develop international-level applications and research to solve scientific and societal problems and to become a higher education institution preferred at the international level through the quality education it provides. In line with achieving the university's internationalization goals, we adopt the following as our "Internationalization Quality Policy":
- Design the scope and content of educational programs in harmony with national and international developments,
- Ensure the participation of students and staff in international academic mobility and visits to gain new knowledge and experiences,
- Maximize the utilization of national and institutional opportunities to make the university an attraction center in terms of international student and staff mobility,

In line with Bartın University's mission to contribute to science, art, and culture at local, national, and universal levels with a sense of social responsibility, we adopt the following as our "Research and Development Quality Policy":
- Promote a research culture among faculty members and students,
- Conduct activities to enhance the research and project development competencies of researchers, continuously monitor and improve their research performance,
- Determine priority areas by considering national and international policies in the fields of science and technology,
- Develop defined mechanisms to increase research and development activities related to our university's specialization area, "Smart Logistics Systems and Integrated Regional Applications",
- Increase interdisciplinary graduate programs that contribute to the university's specialization area and high-quality research and development activities,
- Create a sustainable system to conduct research and produce projects in line with our strategic goals and objectives,
- Strengthen the university's physical, financial, and technical resources to enhance its research potential,
- Continuously improve the quality of research, publications, and product development efforts to produce knowledge and value and transform these productions into social and economic added value,
- Facilitate knowledge and technology transfer and conduct research and development activities in line with our country's development goals through intersectoral cooperation,

Based on the fundamental policy of educating individuals with a student-centered approach who contribute universally to society, science, art, and culture, are lifelong learners, and possess self-confidence and a sense of responsibility, and guided by the principle of continuous improvement:
- Develop and update educational programs in line with 21st-century skills aimed at fostering entrepreneurial and innovative individuals,
- Provide students with various educational opportunities through interdisciplinary approaches (double major, minor, exchange programs, etc.),
- Conduct student admissions through defined mechanisms,
- Implement practices incorporating active learning-teaching strategies and methods with a research-based and critical understanding, taking into account 21st-century learning skills,
- Determine the level of achievement, competency, and learning outcomes of programs through the use of multiple assessment and evaluation methods,
- Support applied educational activities within the scope of intersectoral cooperation,
- Continuously improve the teaching competencies of faculty members,
- Strengthen the guidance and counseling system provided to students,
- Regularly monitor and support employment and career development of graduates in continuous communication and collaboration with them,
- Ensure access to appropriate resources and infrastructure for conducting educational activities,
- Guarantee that learning opportunities are accessible, fair, adequate, and inclusive for all students,
- Foster cultural diversity, intercultural interaction, and environments of tolerance on campuses; enable a higher education experience where disadvantaged groups are maximally supported and inclusivity is a core value; increase the cultural awareness of students and staff to enable active participation in local and international communities and decision-making processes.

In accordance with Bartın University's mission, vision, and core values, we adopt the following as our "Quality Assurance Policy":
- Define and ensure the sustainability of quality assurance and management processes, educational activities, research and development, and social contribution processes within the institution,
- Establish, plan, implement, monitor, and take necessary measures for the internal quality assurance system of educational-teaching, research and development, social contribution activities, and administrative services,
- Foster and disseminate a culture of quality assurance throughout all units of the university,
- Ensure the sustainability of quality and accreditation processes,
- Continuously improve the quality assurance mechanism,
- Ensure continuous stakeholder participation in quality processes.
