Bartın University Intra-Institutional Undergraduate Transfer for International Students
Regulations: According to Article 16 of Bartın University's Regulations on Admission and Registration of International Students, "First-year students (excluding Turkish Preparatory) may, upon approval by the academic unit's board and if there is availability, transfer to another program within the Fall or Spring semester, within the add-drop period following the start of classes in their first 2 semesters." "Second-year students may apply for undergraduate transfer using the University's Ten Percent Rule. There are no quota restrictions for transfers from the first to the second shift program of the same department." "Under this regulation, students granted the right to intra-institutional undergraduate transfer cannot have a placement score or diploma grade lower than the placement score or diploma grade of the last admitted international students."
Application Dates and Announcement of Results for Bartın University Fall Semester 2023-2024 Intra-Institutional Undergraduate Transfer for International Students
Application Dates: September 23 - October 1, 2023 Evaluation of Applications Announcement of Results October 2-3, 2023 October 4, 2023 (On the Academic Units' Website) Student Registrations October 5-6, 2023 Department registrations and course registrations will be conducted by the academic unit's student affairs.

Documents Required for Application:
- Active Student Certificate
- Original Diploma and Original Transcript with translations authenticated by the Turkish Representation
- Intra-Institutional Undergraduate Transfer Application Form for International Students (Form available on the application screen)
Note: International students accepted for undergraduate transfer must pay any difference in tuition fees, if applicable, and send the receipt to the email address provided in the announced lists during the student registration week. Failure to pay the difference in fees will result in non-registration for courses.
Note: There are 5 quotas allocated for each program.
